And just like that, 2023 is a wrap! McCamy Construction’s year was one of custom homes, outdoor spaces and exciting new ventures. We stayed busy in our favorite Knoxville neighborhoods and got to know some new ones. From Sequoyah Hills to Rarity Bay, the McCamy team has been hard at work all year long bringing beautiful homes to life for our wonderful clients.
McCamy Takes Tennessee National
2023 was the year of custom homes for McCamy Construction. We certainly had our share of renovations, additions and outdoor spaces, but our custom home projects really stole the show. Our neighboring new builds in Tennessee National wrapped up this summer, and their high-end finishes are as stunning as the East Tennessee views.
Several more custom homes are in-progress throughout Tennessee National and will be coming soon in 2024! We recently broke ground on our newest project, and a modern farmhouse-style home is nearing the finish line. Finishing touches are bringing this home to life, and we’re loving its clean, contemporary look. Stay tuned on Instagram as we wrap up this fun project!
Down by the Bay
Down the road in Rarity Bay, we finished two more custom homes before breaking ground on another. We featured our California Countryside home earlier this year, and our Golden State clients were finally able to settle into their new home. Mom’s Mountain House wasn’t far behind, and the whole family moved in to enjoy their lakeside views in time for summer.

All Around Town
Our Knoxville team has also been busy with custom homes this year, and our Keller Bend custom was move-in ready just in time for the holidays. This home has custom details throughout and will have you feeling inspired to start dreaming up your future custom home.
We made ourselves at home this year in Forest Brook with a new build and several renovation projects. This neighborhood is full of charming homes, and we loved being part of bringing out their original character. Our team is hard at work on another renovation/addition, so stay tuned to see it come to life in 2024!
