McCamy in the Community: Beth Haynes’ 12 Days of Christmas

This year McCamy Construction participated in the first
Beth Haynes’ 12 Days of Christmas, benefiting the
Helen Ross McNabb Center’s annual
Dear Santa program.
Local business donations made this charitable countdown to Christmas possible. Bidders experience the joy of giving to others, while also receiving some early Christmas goodies themselves.
The Center provides children with the most need and the least resources the opportunity to experience a happy, unforgettable holiday season.
For the past 13 years, the Center has provided holiday gifts for children up to 18 years of age through the Dear Santa program. Every child in need served by the Center and their siblings receive donated gifts. Because many of the children have very little, their Christmas lists consist of items to meet basic, simple needs like a pair of shoes.
Through the Dear Santa program, the children are provided the opportunity to have a positive, unforgettable Christmas. Adults often equate Christmas time with happy moments in their childhood. One of the greatest gifts a child can have is the opportunity for happy memories.
We have been proud to support this program which benefits so many children in the Knoxville area.
