Freedom of Choice At first, building a new home may seem like too much work.  However, once you get into our process, you might even start loving it.  Designing a home gives you the choice to include whatever you like.  You can find the perfect location of where you want to live and utilize the perfect home design, inside and out.  If there was some feature that you always wanted in your home but could never find in a model home, you’re free to include it in your custom home in Knoxville. Including the Conveniences You Desire Let’s say that you always wanted a house with five bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom.  It’s a bit difficult to find this kind of feature in a model home.  In general, builders include one attached bathroom with the master bedroom and one or two bathrooms in passageways which can be used by the residents of the other rooms.  To have five bedrooms with five attached bathrooms may seem like a luxury to many, but if this is what you want and what you feel you need to have, it’s a feature you can include. If you’d like all your rooms to be looking over your backyard, this is also possible.  Or if you’re a Feng Shui devotee and you’d like all your doors to be facing south and colored red, there’s no reason why you can’t include this in your dream home.
