A McCamy Progress Report
It’s been an exciting and productive summer here at McCamy, and as fall begins, we’re thrilled to share some of the highlights with you. Our team has been hard at work bringing new projects to life and continuing to strengthen our presence in some of East Tennessee’s most beloved communities. Custom homes and remodels are crossing the finish line in Rarity Bay, Tennessee National and Sequoyah Hills. As we look ahead to the next season, we’re eager to keep growing, creating, and shaping spaces that families are proud to call home.
Rarity Bay
As one beautiful project reaches completion, our momentum continues with two additional custom homes taking shape in the neighborhood. Each residence is thoughtfully designed to capture the unique character of its setting—whether it’s lakefront views or overlooking the golf course. This growing development truly offers something for everyone, combining natural beauty with community living. We’re honored to play a role in shaping a place where homeowners can enjoy both the comfort of a custom-built home and the lifestyle that comes with such a vibrant setting.
Tennessee National
Last month, we had the pleasure of showcasing one of our favorite custom homes in Tennessee National, and the excitement doesn’t stop there. With two stunning residences already well underway and a third that has just broken ground, this community is buzzing with progress. Each home crafted to reflect our clients’ visions while making the most of Tennessee National’s incredible natural backdrop. From lakefront scenery to mountain views, these properties offer a one-of-a-kind setting that we are honored to bring to life.
West Knoxville
We’re thrilled to be nearing the finish line on a truly magical custom home in Sequoyah Hills—a design full of character and warmth that we can’t wait to reveal in the months ahead. Just down the Boulevard we are completing a waterfront remodel full of updates that give the space an entirely new sense of warmth and style. And a little further west, we’ve just completed a timeless custom home on Northshore and kicked off demolition on an exciting remodel that will breathe new life into an already well-loved residence.
