McCamy Spearheads Ferguson’s Spectacular Showroom Expansion

When Knoxville’s Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery needed to turn to construction experts to expand their showroom, they turned to McCamy. Heather Meador, the showroom manager of Ferguson’s Knoxville location, said, “We had over 3,000 square-feet of warehouse space that we were paying for but not utilizing. We needed more space to expand our appliance displays to fit a wider range of budgets, and we also wanted to showcase a hanging lighting display. The warehouse space was perfect for both of those things and more, and we know and trust McCamy’s quality of work to do the job.” It’s safe to say that Ferguson is now one-stop-shop appliances, lighting, and plumbing at any price point for. Meador notes that when people walked in to the showroom before the expansion, they may have thought that the products were more geared towards high-end custom homes or renovations. “While we do offer many high-end products, we also wanted to show a broader choice of top-quality brands and products that fit a wider range of budgets,” Meador says. Just a few of the displays in the expanded showroom now include:

• Two feature kitchens, with Wolf Sub-Zero and GE Monogram appliances
• A pergola area with outdoor kitchen grills and product displays
• More than 100 hanging light fixtures
