Complete makeover for this 1950’s Cherokee rancher!
Tuesday, October 28th, 2014
You said it…Wow!
That’s what we thought also as we began the demolition a couple of weeks ago for this 1950’s Cherokee rancher. We have totally gutted the inside and it’s getting a complete makeover!
As you can see further down the page, we are renovating every surface of this home.
Here is the demolition in progress and now that it’s complete, this treasure-in-the-rough with great bone structure is ready for a new look and will have all-new everything!
We’ll start by laying in brand new electrical work and plumbing lines. Next will come the mechanical structuring.
Some wonderful new features will include custom built-ins and millwork along with beautiful, five-inch plank hardwood and custom tile work throughout.
Outside, the homeowners have asked us to build a cozy, cedar-beamed terrace and a patio with a gas fire pit which will overlook a gorgeous view of the Tennessee River.
But, we don’t want to give too much away…Stay tuned to our
blog and
Facebook page as the complete transformation of this 60-year old home progresses.
