Back in March, we broke ground at Rarity Bay with two custom home projects: our design center (Lot 72) and our Parade Home (Lot 492). Both homes are a stunning new addition to Rarity Bay with rich detail, brick finishes ,and a gorgeous view of Tellico Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains.
