Master Makeover
Designed in collaboration with Jonathan Miller Architecture, this primary bedroom captures the essence of both the home’s interior elegance and the natural beauty just beyond its walls. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light, offering clear views of the river and creating an unbroken connection between indoors and out. At the heart of the room stands a stone fireplace crowned with a solid wood mantle—a statement piece that adds warmth and charm. It’s the perfect focal point for cozying up on chilly winter nights. To top it all off, the bedroom features a private balcony—an ideal spot for enjoying mornings with a cup of coffee or winding down in the evening as the sun sets over the water.
The en suite bathroom features a spacious wet room as its centerpiece. Complete with multiple shower heads, a freestanding soaking tub, a sleek quartz bench and shower ledge. These perfect features were made possible with the help of Ferguson showrooms and Smokey Mountain Tops here in Knoxville. On the opposite side, a custom double vanity, purchased from Dixie Kitchen, adds balance and sophistication, featuring eye-catching mosaic marble tile that brings a touch of bold personality to the room. Every detail was chosen to enhance the space, creating a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.
Buffing Up the Basement
An unfinished man cave to a modern home gym; the revitalized basement now serves as an ideal space to focus on health and wellness. The space features a wall of built-in shelving that offers ample storage for workout gear, equipment, and personal touches. On the opposing wall, large mirrors—expertly installed by Clinton Glass—add both practicality and visual depth. Durable hardwood flooring provides a stable and stylish surface for everything from high-intensity workouts to calming yoga sessions. With access to the backyard pool area, this gym also functions as an indoor-outdoor transition space, providing convenience for our clients.
Easy Escape
Tucked away on the other end of the home, the den offers a cozy retreat designed for quiet moments of reading, reflection, or simply unwinding. This charming space is filled with character. Barn doors provide separation from the rest of the home, while large glass sliding doors open the room to the natural beauty outside. Overhead, coffered beams with tongue and groove enhances the atmosphere, bringing texture and depth to the color-rich palette. The result is an ideal escape within the home.
