The secret’s out! McCamy Construction begins renovating new restaurant & bar on Market Square!
Monday, July 13th, 2015
In 1854, Market Square was established in Knoxville, TN as a means from which regional farmers and vendors could sell their produce and wares. Since then, the square has developed into a popular venue, home to artists, street musicians, and activists. People come from all over to browse the shops, eat good food, and enjoy local entertainment, concerts, even participate in political rallies. The
Knoxville Journal once called Market Square, “the most democratic place on earth,” where “the rich and the poor, the white and the black, jostle each other in perfect equality.” (Read

On July 7, 2015 we began renovating a lot in Market Square for a unique restaurant and bar located next to Tupelo Honey and the Oliver Hotel. Not only will this business improve the local economy as another source of revenue for the City of Knoxville, it will be a new favorite among the Knoxville community, hands down. The designs look phenomenal and we are very excited to transform the empty space into an inviting facility where friends and family can make memories in an exciting environment with good food, drinks, and each other.
Stay tuned for updates on this new renovation!
