With a recent University of Tennessee graduate in the family and loved ones nearby, the location was the perfect fit for this next chapter. Nestled along the shores of Watts Bar Lake just west of Knoxville, Tennessee National offers breathtaking scenery and an exceptional lifestyle for families. A Gathering Place
From the moment you step through the front door, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living room and kitchen designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining. The focal point of the space is a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, flanked by custom built-in shelving that adds warmth, character, and timeless appeal. Just beyond, the bright white kitchen features clean lines, crisp finishes, and thoughtfully selected details that create an elegant yet inviting space for gathering.
The Family’s Favorite
Just off the living room and kitchen is our clients’ favorite feature of their new home: a custom screened-in porch. Showcasing expansive views of the lake while offering protection from the elements, this outdoor living space is designed for year-round enjoyment.
