It’s the Team the Makes the Difference

If you talk to others who have done work with a commercial contractor or had a tenant build-out completed one of the things you’ll hear is that the project was over time and over budget. This is a problem because not only did it cost the client more money to complete, they probably lost money because the project wasn’t done and their business wasn’t open.
One of the biggest culprits that leads to projects missing deadlines and budgets is poor team communication. Not everyone is moving in sync and there is more time spent trying to keep everyone on the same page. There are a variety of ways to increase communication but one of the best methods only comes with time.
Thankfully, we’re fortunate to have a team who has been together for a combined 25 years of commercial construction experience and we’re always on the same page. Our team has been working together for years and knows our business and each other extremely well. We’ve worked with Jennifer our Office Manager and Estimator for 8 years, Ashley our designer for 6 years and Timm our Commercial Superintendent for 3 years.
I can promise you that after these years of working together the team finishes each others sentences and knows what each other will say, before it’s said. This communication and experience keeps jobs moving forward so that they finish on time.
While we’re always looking for improvements on how to do our jobs, we’re glad to say that there isn’t much this team hasn’t seen before and because of that experience, our commercial projects finish on time and on budget keeping our clients and us happy.
