HobbyTown moves to Turkey Creek!

Remember the former Thomasville Furniture building in Turkey Creek?
The building has received a beautiful facelift and is now the proud new home of
HobbyTown. It is the result of a well-crafted, 3,000 square foot commercial renovation by
McCamy Construction!
It was a complicated process, dividing the entire building, along with every system: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. But we were prepared with lots of experience and our excellent crew.
We were pleased to be involved from the ground up and as a result, we were able to help the tenant maximize their budget.

Since we were present from the beginning, we were able to help the owner consider multiple cost-saving options for every aspect of the renovation.
For example, instead of a high end stained concrete floor, we suggested a polished floor with a low shine to create a good and solid industrial look.
To make the most of every dollar, we also reviewed their lighting design. A new plan with alternative lighting saved the owners thousands of dollars.
