McCamy Named Master Developer of Rarity Bay Community

The Rarity Bay development in Vonore, TN was sold to Salem Pointe Capital last week. We’re proud to announce that, Sam McCamy, III President of McCamy Construction was appointed Master Developer for the community.
When asked about the community, Sam said, “Rarity Bay has everything going for it, great location, great residents and great amenities. I’m excited to be involved in the future of a development with so much potential.”
Sam and McCamy Construction have been deeply involved in the development of multiple communities East Tennessee in the last few years. He’s worked on the planning of Cabot Ridge, Wellington Chase and most recently MountainView Reserve in Townsend, TN.
McCamy Construction will be responsible for the majority of the new home construction in the community. We will work with the community review board to create custom homes that are distinctive and are consistent with the design goals of the community.
As Master Developer, Sam will be responsible for aligning land-use planning, building partnerships and additional residential construction resources for the development.
