The Ultimate Exterior Renovation featuring Kenesaw Avenue

Earlier this month, we completed the ultimate exterior renovation of a home on Kenesaw Avenue. When we say ultimate, we mean ultimate. If we didn’t do the work ourselves, we might not believe this finished house was the same house we started with. Take a look at the before and after pictures to see what we’re talking about.
How’d we do it?
We built new brick piers and custom wood columns. We painted the brick and trim, built new stone steps with a black iron handrail, and replaced all lap siding with hardie shake accents. For the porch, we laid slate tile to replace the dated red tile. When construction was finished, we put up board and batten shutters and new hanging lights. Our landscape partners, The Lawn Butler, designed all new landscaping which really completed this great transformation.
