Is 2022 the year of custom homes for McCamy Construction? Our crew sure has been busy building in “the Bay” and we’ve got lots of progress to show for it! This isn’t McCamy’s first rodeo in Rarity Bay, but we’ve kicked it up a notch with 5 homes currently coming to life in the Tellico Lake neighborhood. This month, we’re catching you up to speed with a rundown of these exciting projects.
Our Edgeview Escape project will be the first completion and we’re almost to the homestretch. Custom cabinetry, vaulted ceilings with beam details, and a pretty spectacular view–seems like a good place to start! It’s been so fun to track the progress of this one, and we can’t wait to see it all come together. But we won’t lie–that backdrop won’t be easy to part ways with!
Lucky for us, our “Home on the Tee” isn’t lacking in East TN views either! Located on the first hole of Rarity Bay’s golf course, there really isn’t a bad view in the house. Cabinets and tile are bringing the homeowners’ vision to life–a 2022 take on traditional.
Not far behind is the one-level home we’ve named our Rarity Rancher. Cabinets are on their way, so for now you’ll have to use your imagination. The finishes will be a fun mix of classic and current, our favorite kind of crowd-pleaser!
Our California Countryside house got its name from relocating homeowners who are excited to see their plans start to take shape. There’s not a ton to see quite yet, but that front elevation is giving us all the heart eyes and excitement for what’s to come!
Finally, we just kicked off a brand new project, and she’s yet to be named! Still in the early design selection stages, we thought we’d give you a sneak peek at the plans. Foundation work has just begun, but it won’t be long before this home springs to life.
