For the homeowners, this project was especially meaningful. When she and her husband had the chance to buy the home she grew up in—her aunt and uncle’s house—they couldn’t pass it up. Having been born and raised in the area, they wanted to create a space that felt both familiar and new.

Located just off our client’s kitchen, where the porch once stood, this elegantly designed living space fits so coherently with the rest of the home. With its timeless decor and inviting ambiance, it enhances the warmth and charm of the entire house, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and gatherings.
This stunning open-concept space creates a consistent flow throughout the home, making movement effortless. Whether it’s celebratory steaks or classic hotdogs for the grandkids, the side patio is the perfect spot for grilling. Designed with both convenience and functionality in mind, it offers effortless access to the kitchen for timely meal prep, while also providing an easy transition to the backyard for outdoor dining and relaxation. This purposefully planned space truly enhances the joy of cooking and gathering.
