Wednesday, March 23rd was an exciting day for McCamy Construction and Rarity Bay as we broke ground on a new lot. Last year, Sam McCamy III was announced as the Master Developer of Rarity Bay (See the announcement here.) and since then, a lot of hard work has been put into developing plans with our architect and the Bay Builder’s program. We have been eager to get started and are very pleased to say that construction is now underway!

The architecture and quality of this home is most unique. As our model home, it will have the full basement option, which will become our new Rarity Bay design center. Here, we’ll meet with potential customers interested in building a custom Bay home and discuss their vision, review plans, choose finishes, etc.We are using superior wallsfor the basement, which are concrete walls that are manufactured off site, delivered, and set with a crane to ensure a dry and insulated living and storage space.Location is everything, and this home sits right on the golf course.
