McCamy Construction has been deeply involved in the residential development of East Tennessee over the years. In May of 2015, Sam McCamy III (beloved former president of McCamy Construction) was appointed Master Developer of the Rarity Bay Community in Vonore, Tennessee, making us responsible for the majority of new home construction in Rarity Bay.About a year later, we broke ground on two new lots, one of which we designated to be our on-site design center and the other, our first Parade Home in Rarity Bay. Since then, we’ve made connections with the Rarity Bay residents and homeowners around the Greater Knoxville Area who will be joining the community this year.
