What’s McCamy Up To?

From custom homes and new builds to additions and renovations, our McCamy team has had its hands full with projects all around Knoxville. This month we are featuring a few of our in-progress jobs that we can’t wait to see come together! This busy job site is the home of two new builds that will be available this spring. Next, we are getting close to the finish line on this renovation and addition in Farragut. These homeowners wanted to add some square footage for a bigger kitchen and laundry room. A large island and upgraded appliances and fixtures will make this space as functional as it is beautiful! The master bathroom is also getting a revamp with a large shower, replacing a bathtub that was never used.

Our latest project in Sequoyah is an addition and outdoor space, which will create plenty of new livable square footage for this family. The addition includes a master bedroom, bathroom, and closet, as well as, a laundry room and built-in desk area. The backyard is also getting an upgrade with a screened-porch, fireplace and patio space.

The last project we’re featuring today is a renovation in the early stages of construction. This couple wanted a bigger and more open kitchen to create more space for cooking and entertaining. Their master bedroom and bathroom will also become a more functional space for them by removing the bathtub and replacing it with a bigger shower and taller vanity with plenty of storage space.
