Vision. It’s as important as the actual physical construction process. Visualization of what the finished home or commercial construction project will look like before we pick up the first tool is crucial in our business. But, even more important it is vital that our customers are able to see what their property will look like after the project is complete.
In our design process we employ computer software that allows us to design lifelike computer images, or renderings, of what a space will look like once it is renovated or constructed. Digital, or computer, rendering gives us a tremendous ability to aid our clients in visualizing their project.

What sorts of changes can we show in the renderings? Everything from additions new rooms and removal of walls to color changes and new trim designs. The sky is pretty much the limit!
So you want to add a beautiful 3-season porch, or a new master suite? No problem! We can show you what it would look like, complete with various structures, wall and flooring materials and colors.
A great real-life example of this computer visualization is our Cherokee renovation project where the home owner wanted to gut the entire home and renovate the entire inside. Essentially they wanted to start from the studs and re-build the whole inside of the home while adding a couple of additions.
As our construction team worked on demolition of the inside, our design team has been working with the client tirelessly to re-design the home.
This process has included extensive use of our rendering software. We have loved having had the capability to let the homeowners “try-on” various room sizes, configurations, fixtures, materials as well as color schemes and cabinetry. The result has been fabulous!
