  • 1. Let's Chat!

    1. Let's Chat!

Join us at our design center for a cup of coffee or let us come to you! Good communication is all about listening and this is your time to tell us exactly what you want us to do for you. Share your vision, what you love, what you hate, and what you hope your home to be. We’ll gather information about the project, such as your timeline, budget, finish details, etc., and ask follow up questions to determine what building and design path is best for you.

  • 2. A Game Plan Just for You

    2. A Game Plan Just for You

After our initial meeting, we’ll design an actionable game plan for your new home build or renovation project. This game plan might include concept sketches or idea boards of your selections, blueprint drawings, a reasonable timeline, and a rough budget estimate. We’ll sit down and discuss this game plan with you and answer any questions you may have before we move on to the next step.

    4. It’s Time to Build!

With the contract signed, we can now begin building! We’ll start the first construction day with a kick off meeting on site where you can meet your dedicated job superintendent and discuss your project schedule and expectations. We’ll answer any remaining questions and then break ground!
